Using VowelMarks
You may use the website tools and Chrome extension for personal learning, teaching, and ordinary reading. Do not use the service to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, evade rate limits, or interfere with other users.
Reading results
Persian can have multiple valid readings. VowelMarks uses context to add likely cues, but results can be incomplete or wrong, especially in classical poetry, difficult literature, highly colloquial writing, names, and specialized material. Check important readings with a qualified person or source.
Your content
You remain responsible for text you submit or process. Do not submit material you are not allowed to share with the website demo or an optional hosted provider. You grant VowelMarks only the limited permission needed to process your request and return the result.
Service availability
Features, availability, and supported sites may change as VowelMarks improves. We may limit access when necessary to protect the service or other users.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity performed through your VowelMarks account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. Do not share, sell, or automate access in a way that evades quotas or harms the service. VowelMarks may suspend access for serious abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security risk, or legal requirements.
Subscriptions
VowelMarks Pro is planned as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription. The checkout will show the current price, billing interval, renewal terms, and included features before you pay. Polar is the merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales tax, and its customer portal. Canceling stops a future renewal and normally keeps access through the paid period. A refund, chargeback, exhausted payment recovery, serious abuse, or an explicitly requested immediate cancellation may revoke Pro sooner.
Refunds
The planned voluntary policy is a satisfaction refund for an initial subscription payment requested within 14 days. VowelMarks asks for a short reason so the product can improve. That feedback requirement never blocks a refund or correction required by law, a duplicate or fraudulent charge correction, a chargeback, or a payment-provider reversal. Renewal refunds outside the initial period are reviewed case by case unless law requires otherwise. See therefund policy.
Learning data
Synchronized learning history is optional and used to provide adaptive reading help, progress summaries, practice, and tutor evidence. You can pause, export, or delete it. Deleting learning data does not itself cancel a subscription or trigger a refund, and a refund does not itself delete learning history.
Ownership
VowelMarks, its interface, and its original software remain the property of their respective owner. Source texts remain owned or licensed by their original publishers and authors.
Warranty and liability
VowelMarks is provided as available, without a promise that every reading will be correct or every website will be supported. To the extent permitted by law, VowelMarks is not liable for indirect losses caused by relying on a reading result or by service interruption.
