Subscription payments
VowelMarks does not offer a voluntary satisfaction-refund period. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise or Polar, as merchant of record, processes a correction or reversal.
Canceling future renewals
You can cancel through the Polar customer portal at any time to stop the next renewal. Unless a subscription is revoked sooner for a payment failure, chargeback, legal requirement, fraud, or serious abuse, Pro access normally continues through the period already paid for.
Required and provider-processed corrections
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. Polar may process refunds or reversals for legally required remedies, duplicate, fraudulent, unauthorized, or undelivered transactions, chargebacks, card-network requirements, or payment-risk prevention.
Account access and data
When Polar revokes or cancels a refunded subscription, VowelMarks returns the account to the applicable Free access level. A refund or reversal does not delete local or cloud learning history; those controls are available separately in Account. Polar and VowelMarks may retain transaction records required by law.
